An exploration of light transformed into a surface, of time frozen in a circular moment

Inspired by a trip to Paris, where the chromatic vibrancy of Sonia Delaunay and Robert Delaunay sparked the creation of this collection. The five pieces that emerged reinterpret the solar discs through the language of Orphism, transforming the rug into a painting and the space into a canvas.

Each piece is structured around these sun discs, creating open and combinable chromatic relationships that engage in dialogue with one another and give rise to ever-changing landscapes.

Orfeo is the result of a collaboration between Irene Brotóns and David Ulibarri, two designers with complementary careers and a shared vision of design as a sensory experience. Together, they create a collection of rugs that combines rich materials, formal precision, and a strong tactile identity, designed to connect with those who live in the space.
